We are glad to offer individual therapy to individuals regardless of age, race, ethnicity, background ect. In individual therapy you will work one on one with a licensed therapist to set goals that include your desired reason for attending therapy, and work together towards seeing the results that you feel you need and want. It's a process and we are here to support you through it with our expertise partnered with your expertise of what you know about you and your lived experience. Click here to get started.

We are glad to offer couple's therapy. Whether you find yourselves working towards mending or ending relationships can be challenging and may include sensitive topics that are hard to discuss, so we are here to support you in this journey. In couples therapy you will work with a licensed therapist to take steps towards the desired outcome in your relationship. And don't worry, if you are wondering if individual therapy is needed in addition to, or instead of, couples therapy, we can let you know.

We are glad to offer family therapy. When raising a family there are many aspects of life to balance and life changes that take place. If you are finding that there are some challenges that require a little more assistance than you feel that you have access to that are effecting the whole family, family therapy may be right for you.

Group Therapy

Stress Management Group Therapy (6 weeks, Starting the 1st week of October) (ages 21-59)    

 

Online        1 hour per week​        Thursdays at 6:05pm

Stress goes by many names, some call it anxiety, overwhelmed, stress, burned out ect. We all deal with it and sometimes its easier to mange than others. If you've been dealing with it and are ready for some support to take control over it instead of it taking control of you, click "I'm ready" to sign up for 6 weeks of Stress Management Group Therapy. In the 6 weeks you will have a space to share with others also experiencing challenges with stress, learn skills, practice skills, and have the opportunity to take steps towards better managing stress.
